     Third: that said decedent died leaving a last Will and Testament which

no personal property...
     That said estate also included 80 acres of real estate of the estimated
worth and probate value of $800 situated in said county of Mahnomen ... rural
property, 80 acres, acres unimproved lands, $800.
     Fifth - That the names, ages, residences and relationship of the heirs,
legatees and devisees of said decedent, so far as known to your petitioner are
as follows:
  Frank Blanchard, age 25, resident of Mahnomen County, relationship: husband
  George L. Beaupre, age 4, resident of Beaulieu, MN, relationship: son

     Sixth: That John B. Pemberton, whose post office address is Beaulieu,
Minn. is named in said will as executor thereof and is suitable and competetent
person to be executor of said will [appointed executor on May 25, 1908], signed

     I, Eliza J. Blanchard of Beaulieu in the County of Mahnomen and State of
Minnesota, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of
this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, obtain, publish and declare
this to be my last Will and Testament.
     First, I order and direct that my Executrix herinafter named, pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may
be.
     Second, after the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give,
devise and bequeath George Leo Beaupre my son, eighty acres of land my
additional eighty which I received from the Government in Township one hundred
forty five (145), Range thirty nine (39), section 30, the exact description I
am unable to get now.  And to Viola daughter one dollar & Frank Blanchard my
husband all the rest of my belongings.  I want my father John Pemberton to be
Guardian of my son George Leo Beaupre, and to care for him and his belongings.

     Lastly I make, constititute and appoint John Pemberton to be Executrix of
my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

seal, the 4th day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred
and seven.

     That I have no living wife.
     That I have not been divorced within the six months last past.
     That I am not an epileptic, imbecile, feelbe minded, nor afflicted with
insanity.
     That said Lizzie H. Pemberton has no living husband, has not been divorced
within the six months last, and is not epileptic, imbecile, feeble minded, nor
afflicted with insanity.
     That we are not nearer of kin than first cousins.
     That there is no legal impedidiment to said contemplated Marriage.

     MARRIAGE LICENSE: Person Lawfully Authorized to Solemnize Marriage within
said State:
     Know ye, that license is hereby granted, to join togethr as husband and
wife Charles Beaupre of the County of Becker and State of Minnesota, and Lizzie
H. Pemberton of the County of Mahnomen and STate of Minnesota, being satisfied
by the application of said Charles Beapre, that there is no legal impediment
thereto.  Therefore, This shall be your sifficient authority for solemnizing
the Marriage parties, and making return thereof as provided by law.
     In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of
said District Court, at Mahnomen, this 6th day of July, 1909.
