James "Iinni" Neadeau, 82, of Red Lake died Saturday, April 30, 1994, at the
Jourdain/Perpich Extended Care Facility in Red Lake.
Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Red Lake with
Father William Mehrkens officiating. Interment will be at St. Mary's Catholic
Cemetery in Red Lake.
Pallbearers include George Richey, Fabian Cook, Clarence Spears, Charles
Johns, John Sumner and Oliver Beaulieu. Alternate pallbear is Ron Beaulieu.
Honorary pallbears include George King, Chester Morrison, Gerald Brun, Vernon
Clark, Dan Kingbird and Frank Spears.
Mr. Neadeau was born June 11, 1911 in Red Lake. He married Katie Marie
Sayers Dec. 30, 1933. Throughout his life he was employed as a construction
worker, general laborer, commercial fisherman and fishing guide.
Survivors include four sons, Francis, Myron, Douglas, all of Red Lake, and
Leon of Minneapolis; five daughters, Delores Good, Edwina Neadeau,Geraldine
Neadeau, Alivia Neadeau and Allura May, all of Red Lake; one brother, Peter
Neadeau, Jr., of Red Lake; 50 grandchildren; and 69 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded by is wife, six sons, seven grandchildren, five sisters,
three brothers, and his
parents.
