"Funeral services were held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in
Red Lake for Mrs. Jennie Cook on Saturday, April 19, at 9:00 a.m. Mrs. Cook,
82, died at the Good Samaritan Rest Home in Kelliher, Minnesota. The Reverend
Cassian Ossendorf officiated.
"Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. John Needham (Belle) and Mrs. Robert
Hollis (Mary Jane) of Red Lake and Mrs. Charles Blanchard (Charlotte) of
Milwaukee; a son, John Edward Cook of Ignatio, Colorado; 21 grandchildren and 3
great-grandchildren.
"Pallbearers were Delmar, Jack and Clayton Needham, Robert Hollis, Reginald
Lawrence and Don Meyers.
"Honorary Pallbearers were Madeline Brun, Mary Jane Brun, Florence King,
Cecelia Brown, Verna Lussier and Agnes Roberts.
"Relatives attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. John Ahrens, Bettendorf,
Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Don Meyers, Princeton, Wisconsin; Mr. and Mrs. Reginald
