Edward LaFontaine, 99, of Minneapolis died Monday at his home following a
brief illness.
Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Antipas Episcopal Church in
Redby with the Rev. Michael Horn officiating. Interment will be at the St.
Antipas Cemetary in Redby. Visitation will be this afternoon and eveninga t
the Snustad Funeral Home of Blackduck.
He was born Nov. 17, 1889, at Redlake, whre he lived until he moved to
Minneapolis five years ago.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jennie in October 1959.
He is survived by his wife Shirley of Minneapolis; one son, Glen Fisher,
seven grandchildren and 15
great-grandchildren.
