-121-2, published by the Minnesota Historical Society: Hired by the XY
Company at Sorel, Quebec (in the office of notary Henri Crebassa) on October
1, 1902, to winter for two years with the "Rabasaka" (Athabasca?), where he
would "join his uncles Labrie."  He ws to be paid a salary of 750 livres.
Listed by the XY Company on June 29, 1805, as a Folle Avoine department
employee with a debt of 910.13 livres.  Listed by the North West Company in
1805 in the Fond du Lac department, with a debt of $1,026.3 livres.  Hired
by the Michilimackinac Company on July 11, 1808 to winter at Lake Superior
for 700 livres.  Employed by the American Fur Company as a boatman in the
Folle Avoine Department 1822 outfit at wages of $225.  Was employed by the
American Fur Company in the same department sometimes as head trader during
the 1830's and 1840's
