1,000 livres. Employed by the American Fur Company as a boatman in the Fond
du Lac department 1819 outfit at $183.33 in the 1820 and 1822 outfits at
$200, and the 1821 outfit at $233.33

Sud" (south of Lake Superior?) for 1,200 livres. Charged for "sundries" in
the North West Company's Fond du Lac department account books, and credited
with 84 lives in "Wages Inland" in 1815, after which he is listed as an
employee of the South West Company. Employed by the American Fur Cmpany as
a boatman in the Fond du Lac department 1818, 1819, and 1821 outfits at
$166.67 and in the 1822 outfit at $150.
