TRIBAL COURT ORDER

 

The removal and confiscation of                    Subsistence net on June     by agents                       of the State of Alaska in defiance of the Acts based on the Treaty on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide on which the Yup'ik Tribal Community of Curyung is chartered, constitutes theft and gross genocidal interference into the Subsistence Rights of              , a Tribal Member of the Sovereign Yup'ik Tribal Community of Curyung.

 

The Curyung Traditional Tribal Council hereby demands the immediate return of the confiscated net and hereby serves notice to Alaska State agents                 to appear before the Yup'ik Tribunal on          at                to answer charges of theft and gross interference into the Subsistence Rights of                   , a Tribal Member of the Sovereign Yup'ik Tribal Community Of Curyung.
