  RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING, AFFIRMING, AND ENDORSING;

  PEACE, FRIENDSHIP,AND MUTUAL TRADE;

  BETWEEN AND AMONG

        OHANA O HAWAII

   AND THE

   CONFEDERATION OF YUPIK OF THE KASIGLUK ELDERS CONFERENCE

WHEREAS, The Kasigluk Elders Conference represents the sword,
shield, and symbols of sovereignty and self-determination of the
Yupik Inuit of Alaska; and,

WHEREAS, The Sovereign Governments of the Ohana O Hawaii, and
the Sovereign Governments of the Yupik of the Arctic Territory,
are founded upon respect for human rights and that our people have
the right to develop, promote, and benefit from, mutual trade; and,

WHEREAS, in order to expeditiously promote economic aid and
benefits to the Yupik Inuit of the Artic Territory and the Ohana O
Hawaii, we duly recognize, affirm, and endorse:  Peace, Friendship,
and Mutual Trade with the Sovereign Governments of the Ohana O Hawaii.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we agree to enter into
Relationship of Free Association and Mutual Trade with the
Governments of the Ohana O Hawaii.
